33ba Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "33ba", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the 33ba platform accessible at https://33ba.io.
• "Platform" refers to the 33ba website, all its subpages, mobile-optimised views, and any services provided through it, including sports betting, live casino, slots, HRG Live, and boxing markets.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered or is using a 33ba account.
• "Account" refers to the registered player profile created via the 33ba Login process.
• "Balance" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (৳) funds held in a player's 33ba account, including both real-money funds and any bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit bonuses applied to an account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the 33ba platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the period of account activity:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 33ba does not permit players under 21 to register, deposit, or place bets under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, agents, and third parties may not register accounts on behalf of others.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on the 33ba platform or under any applicable self-exclusion scheme.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 33ba services, you must complete the registration process via the 33ba Login page and create a verified account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 33ba account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details.
• You must create a unique, strong password for your 33ba Login. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• 33ba reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point, including government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence, and a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification.
• Accounts that cannot be verified to the satisfaction of 33ba's compliance team may be suspended or closed. Any balance in a suspended account will be subject to review prior to release.
• You must notify 33ba immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation by contacting [email protected].

33ba uses OTP (one-time password) verification as part of the 33ba Login process to protect your account from unauthorised access. You must ensure that the mobile number linked to your account is current and under your sole control.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 33ba platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change.
• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit stated by default, though 33ba reserves the right to apply individual account limits based on risk and compliance assessments.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the 33ba account balance in real time under normal circumstances. Delays caused by the payment provider's network are outside 33ba's control.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within one to four hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours, subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts that have not completed identity verification.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. 33ba does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposits.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• 33ba does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. However, fees levied by payment providers (bKash, Nagad, etc.) are the player's responsibility.
• Any balance that results entirely from bonus funds and has not satisfied the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw unsatisfied bonus balances will result in the forfeiture of those bonus funds.

5 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports and event betting conducted on the 33ba platform, including cricket, boxing, HRG Live, and any other markets offered:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation; the odds displayed during the confirmation step are the odds that apply to the settled bet.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Requests to void confirmed bets will not be honoured except in cases of demonstrable system error.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or cancelled are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport or market, as published in 33ba's sport-specific rules documentation.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted. If a bet is accepted and the outcome has already been determined at the time of acceptance due to a system delay, 33ba reserves the right to void the bet.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC).
• Boxing markets are settled on the official decision of the sanctioning body. Unofficial scorecards and media reports are not used for settlement purposes.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market apply. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market interface and may vary by sport, competition, and market type.

33ba reserves the right to limit stake amounts, refuse bets, or close markets at its discretion, including in cases where unusual betting patterns are detected that suggest the integrity of an event may be compromised.

6 Casino & Games

The 33ba Casino section offers live dealer games and RNG (random number generator) table games and slots sourced from third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The following terms apply:

• All games are provided by independent, certified game providers. 33ba does not modify game software, RNG seeds, or return-to-player (RTP) parameters. Published RTPs reflect the provider's certified specifications.
• Game results are final once the round is completed and the result is displayed. Disputes regarding individual game outcomes must be raised within 48 hours of the round in question via [email protected], accompanied by the game round ID.

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are labelled as such within the account balance display. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds in the wagering sequence unless otherwise specified.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.

8 Responsible Gaming

33ba is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players stay in control. The following responsible gaming provisions are available to all registered players via the account settings menu after 33ba Login:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period. Once reached, further wagers are declined until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration. An alert will be displayed when the limit is approaching, and the session will terminate upon expiry.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of balance, in addition to any other remedies available to 33ba:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one 33ba account, regardless of whether the accounts are registered under different names or payment methods.
• Using software, scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to place bets, access the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on information that is not publicly available at the time of the bet.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, errors in odds, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a manifest error in odds or software will be voided.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your 33ba account or login credentials to any third party.
• Using another person's payment method to deposit funds without that person's explicit consent and without satisfying 33ba's third-party payment authorisation procedure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 33ba support staff or other players through any communication channel.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 33ba platform — including but not limited to the 33ba brand name and logo, website design and layout, graphics, software interfaces, written content, game interfaces provided under licence from third-party providers, and all other materials — is the property of 33ba or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the 33ba platform or its content without express written permission from 33ba.

Game content provided by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other providers remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is used by 33ba under licence.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33ba's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited as follows:

• 33ba is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• 33ba is not liable for losses resulting from the player's own negligence, including failure to maintain account security, failure to log out from shared devices, or failure to read and understand bet terms before confirming a wager.
• 33ba is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers, payment processors, game providers, telecommunications networks, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms limits 33ba's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

12 Privacy & Data

33ba collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a 33ba account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of the 33ba platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request withdrawal of your available balance prior to account closure.

The version of the Terms that applies to any bet, transaction, or activity is the version in force at the date and time that the bet, transaction, or activity was initiated.
